Reformer Pilates is a great way to get active, build strength and flexibility, and improve overall fitness. Plus, with our instructor-led, virtual and baby-friendly formats, you can work out in a way that suits you.

Reformer Pilates class types
Instructor-led
We offer instructor-led classes to suit all levels and preferences, from beginner fundamentals to more complex and dynamic workouts.
Virtual
To attend virtual sessions, you are required to attend at least one in-person session. This is so our instructors can sign you off as safe to attend virtual classes on your own.
Parent and Bubs
Running every Tuesday at 10:15am, these baby-friendly classes are a great way to get back into exercise postpartum. Bubs must be in a pram or capsule.
How to join our Reformer Pilates classes
Our Reformer Pilates classes are exclusive to Latrobe Leisure members who have group fitness class access. Casual classes are not available at this time. Not already a member? Explore our memberships to see which option suits you.
Bookings
Our studio holds nine reformer beds, so please book ahead to avoid missing out. Bookings for classes open five days ahead.

What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens and tones your muscles using controlled movement and resistance.
The Reformer machine uses springs, pulleys and a gliding carriage to create resistance and support, helping you build strength, improve flexibility and enhance posture and body awareness.
What to expect:
- Breath and control: Pilates is all about precise, controlled movements and using your breath to support each exercise.
- Full-body focus: You'll work on your core, but also your arms, legs, glutes, posture and balance.
- Modifications available: Every exercise can be modified to suit your ability, fitness level or injuries.
