Ladies that Lift is a six-week program created by women for women. In this female-only program, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively lift weights with the support and guidance of a female coach.

Discover correct lifting techniques, test the boundaries of your strength and fitness, and work towards a healthier lifestyle. You’ll also be able to connect with like-minded women, make new friends and feel part of a supportive community.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, all women aged 18 and over are welcome to join the program. Ladies that Lift is the perfect way to build your strength and confidence no matter your ability!
