Our fully equipped 24/7 gym has a range of cardio, functional and resistance equipment for use (including state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and a personal training/small group training space).

24/7 gym

Our gym is open 24/7 for eligible members, making it even easier to squeeze a workout into a busy day and reach your health and fitness goals.

Eligible members will need to complete an online induction and complete the process in centre before being able to access the centre when staff are not available. For more information, see our FAQs below or contact us.

  • Which memberships include 24/7 gym access?

    Members with gym access included in their membership can gain 24/7 gym access.

    Members without gym access in their membership will need to upgrade their membership to get 24/7 gym access.

    Members must be 18 years or older. At no time are under 18s permitted in the gym after staffed hours, including with a supervising adult.

  • How can I gain access to the 24/7 gym?

    Members wishing to use the gym outside of regular staffed hours must complete a 24/7 gym online induction. You will not have access until the induction has been completed and processed.

    Current members will be invited to complete the induction via email.

    After you complete the online induction, you should receive an email confirming your 24/7 gym membership has been activated within three business days.

    Your 24/7 access will work with your current card/band. Simply scan at the 24/7 members’ entrance to open the doors.

    Please note that you cannot gain access to the facility using another member’s membership.

  • What facilities will I have access to outside of regular staffed hours?
    The facilities available include the gym, toilets and changing rooms. You will not have access to the pool or aquatic area changing rooms and showers.
  • What are your staffed hours?
    Please see our opening hours to view our staffed hours.
  • What safety measures are in place for members using the facilities during non-staffed hours?

    A state-of-the-art security surveillance system is in place at our centre.

    We also provide duress buttons in the health club and foyer toilet facilities. Duress buttons will contact the control room who will arrange for emergency assistance. Mobile duress buttons are also available to be worn while working out or using the changing rooms.

    A first aid station and a defibrillator is located in the gym.

    The induction process for 27/4 gym access ensures members understand and agree to comply with safety requirements and emergency procedures.

  • Is there any additional cost for 24/7 gym access?
    There will be no price changes for members with gym access included in their membership.

    There will also be no initial charge for an access card / band. If you require a replacement card / band, there is a $5.00 fee.
  • Will there be any staff working outside of the current opening hours?
    No. As is the case with other 24/7 gyms, the centre will not be staffed outside of the regular opening hours.
  • Will the gym be inaccessible at any time?
    No – there will be no set times when the gym facility will be unavailable.
  • What if I don’t want 24/7 gym access?
    You don’t need to do anything. Just continue using your membership within the regular opening hours.
  • What if I can’t access the gym outside of staffed hours?

    There are a number of reasons why this may be the case. This could be because:

    • money is owed on your account;
    • your concession card has expired;
    • 24/7 access is still pending (it can take up to three business days to complete the induction process).
