      LATROBE LEISURE ‘ONE MEMBERSHIP, FOUR LOCATIONS’ PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Terms)

      1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY

      1. This ‘Get in the Group’ promotion (Promotion) is offered by Latrobe City Council, Latrobe Leisure (ABN 92 472 314 133) of 141 Commercial Road, Morwell VIC 3840 (Australia).

        To be eligible for the membership discount, you must:

        • Not be a current member of Latrobe Leisure or Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre;
        • Have not been a member of Latrobe Leisure or Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre for at least 3 (three) months;
        • Purchase a Latrobe Leisure or Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre membership (reciprocal rights) using the promotion code “GO4GOLD” or “GROUPSILVER” online or in person;
        • Purchase a Latrobe Leisure or Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre membership during the promotion dates in section 4 (four).
        • Commit to four (4) month membership period to be eligible for the Gold Membership promotion.

        To be eligible for the discounted admin fee, you must:

        • Meet the criteria set out in clause 1.1.
      2. The FOUR LOCATIONS ONE MEMBERSHIP new member discount is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
      3. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by Latrobe Leisure.
      4. Participants may choose to purchase a membership at any of our Latrobe Leisure facilities (Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Churchill) or Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (reciprocal rights) or online.
      5. Promotion Period:
        • Gold Membership trial Opens: Monday 18 May, 2026, at 6.00AM. Closes: Sunday 31 May, 2026, at 11.55PM.
        • Silver Membership trial Opens: Monday 1 June, 2026, at 6.00AM. Closes: Sunday 28 June, 2026, at 11.55PM.
      6. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

      2. TERMS

      1. If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1.1.1, you will receive a temporarily discounted membership at Latrobe Leisure facilities and Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (reciprocal rights).
      2. If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1.1.2, you will receive a discount on the admin fee upon membership purchase at Latrobe Leisure facilities and Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (reciprocal rights).
      3. All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.
      4. The Promotion is only available at Latrobe Leisure facilities (Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Churchill) and Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (reciprocal rights).

      3. PRIVACY

      Latrobe City Council handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.latrobe.vic.gov.au/Information_Pages/Privacy_Statement

      4. MISCELLANEOUS

      1. Latrobe Leisure reserves the right to amend, cease and/or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.
      2. To the extent permitted by law, Latrobe Leisure will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.
      3. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by Latrobe Leisure management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
