Our personal trainers provide education and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. They specialise in a wide range of fitness areas including:

  • strength and conditioning;
  • core and stability;
  • rehabilitation and mobility;
  • power and plyometrics;
  • sports specific;
  • kickboxing and boxing;
  • running, cycling and swimming.

We offer 30 and 60 minute personal training sessions. 30 minute sessions are available on a 1:1 basis while 60 minute sessions are available in 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 formats, so you can train by yourself or with friends.
