Our personal trainers specialise in a wide range of fitness areas including:

Session lengths
Your session with your personal trainer can be 30 or 60 minutes long. 30 minute sessions are available on a 1:1 basis. We offer 60 minute sessions in 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 formats so you can train by yourself or with friends.
